AI design agents for regulated products.
I turned my audit criteria into AI agents for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and heuristics, coordinated by an orchestrator that never signs for a person. Tested against answer keys: 13 of 15 seeded problems found, 11 of 11 test cases passed. Public repository and demo inside.

Strategy
Every engagement starts with understanding constraints — business, technical and human. I map the decision landscape before touching a wireframe.
Good strategy is visible in what you choose not to build as much as in what you do.
Outcome-first, not output-first.
Research
I run contextual research that surfaces real friction, not just stated preferences. Enterprise users can tell you what they do; they rarely can tell you why.
I synthesise findings into actionable insight, not just theme clusters.
Evidence before opinion.
Systems
A design system without adoption is just a Figma file. I build governance models, contribution pathways and documentation that keep systems alive as products scale.
The goal is coherence at velocity.
Human layer matters as much as the technical one.
AI as partner
I integrate AI into research synthesis, token audits and prototyping — with human judgment at every decision point. Not a shortcut. A deliberate tool.
